I moved to the Vail Valley from Milwaukee, WI in 2001. For 3 years I was a sales associate for a beverage distributor here in the Vail Valley. From 2005-2021, I jumped into the world of wine distribution and led a sales team throughout the Colorado mountains. I am certified with The Wine and Spirits Education Trust, Level 2. My go to drink right now is a fine Bourbon, neat. In my spare time I try to keep up with my two kids hiking, mountain biking, skiing, camping, and enjoying everything the mountains have to offer.

I have worked at Riverwalk Wine and Spirits since April 2016. I have been in the wine industry since 2010, Certified Sommelier since 2011. Originally from Kalamazoo, MI, I moved to Colorado to enjoy what the mountains have to offer. In my free time you can find me golfing, skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. Favorite wine: Barolo, Chateauneuf-Du-Pape, Provence Rose`.

Originally from Rochester, Minnesoooota, I began my beverage career in the wine industry at a local vineyard. I moved to the Vail Valley in 2018 to pursue my career in ski and snowboarding instruction. In 2019, I joined the Riverwalk team and instantly found a passion for Colorado beers. In August 2022, I passed my level 1 cicerone and continued to pursue the rich history and culture of beer. My favorite styles of beer are west coast IPA’s and Saison farmhouse ales. In my spare time I snowboard, hike, and play pickle ball.

I arrived in the Vail Valley in 2023, from Rhode Island via Denver. When I am not at the store, I enjoy Hiking and Pow-Surfing. My current favorites are Farmhouse Ales (both Old World and New World), barrel-aged beers of all types (mainly Stouts), and our Riverwalk Bourbon Barrel Picks.

I have been in the wine business since 1990. I passed my Level 2 Sommelier Exam in 2012. I was a cellar monkey at Topolos Winery in 1998, a cellar rat at Horton Vineyards in 1999, and the tasting room manager and wine dinner coordinator at Mirassou Vineyards in 1997 and 1998. I have been at Riverwalk Wine & Spirits since 1998. My current favorites: Southern Rhones (red and white), Barberas d’Alba and d’Asti, and classic German beers.
